FAQ
What is the Play Score?
It is the number of 20 popular games your PC is estimated to play at 60 FPS or more at 1080p on High settings, with enough RAM for the game. 18 or more earns an A, 15 a B, 11 a C, 6 a D and anything under that an F.
Which 20 games are counted?
A fixed list of mass-market games in our FPS engine: Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, GTA V, Rocket League, Apex Legends, Marvel Rivals, Genshin Impact, EA FC 26, Overwatch 2, Warzone, Fall Guys, Helldivers 2, Palworld, Elden Ring, Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077 and Black Myth: Wukong. It is our own list, not an official chart.
How accurate is it?
Every number is a model estimate, calibrated to published results, and good for comparing PCs rather than predicting an exact FPS. Laptop and integrated graphics are the roughest.
My score is low. What is the cheapest fix?
If your RAM is under a game's minimum, add RAM first. Otherwise the result shows the cheapest graphics card that would add at least two games for your CPU, with an approximate UK price.
