About GamerKit
GamerKit is a collection of free, no-nonsense calculators and reference tools for gamers and PC builders. The idea is simple: when you have a specific question — “what power supply does my graphics card need?”, “will this CPU bottleneck my GPU?”, “how much RAM does my Minecraft server need?” — you should get an accurate answer in seconds, without a sign-up, a paywall, or ten paragraphs of filler before the number you came for.
GamerKit is built and maintained by Metate Group, an independent UK studio that makes small, focused web tools. We're not affiliated with any hardware manufacturer, game publisher or hosting company.
What we make
Every tool lives on one site so the answers stay consistent and cross-link to each other:
- Can I Run It? FPS Checker — Will your PC run it, and how well? Real FPS estimate for 25+ games.
- Minecraft Server Calculator — How much RAM does your server need? Get the exact spec + a host that fits.
- PSU Wattage Calculator — What power supply does your PC need? Exact wattage from your CPU + GPU.
- Bottleneck Calculator — Will your CPU hold your GPU back? See the bottleneck at 1080p, 1440p & 4K.
- Minecraft Anvil Calculator — The cheapest order to combine your enchantments — before you hit 'Too Expensive!'.
- Mouse Sensitivity Converter — Match your aim across Valorant, CS2, Apex & more — exact sens, eDPI & cm/360.
- Robux to USD / DevEx Calculator — What are your Robux really worth — after the cut, DevEx and tax?
- Roblox Trading Calculator — Account value, trade fairness & sale profit — the maths real traders need.
- Crosshair Generator — Design your Valorant or CS2 crosshair live, then copy the code into your game.
- Upgrade Path Advisor — Not just a diagnosis — the exact CPU or GPU to buy next, for your budget.
- Refresh Rate Advisor — New monitor or new GPU? Find out which upgrade actually helps.
- Robux Allowance Planner — How many weeks of pocket money until you can afford it?

How our numbers are worked out
Accuracy is the whole point, so we're open about our method. Our figures come from a combination of manufacturer specifications (TDP/TGP power ratings, official DevEx rates and the like) and widely-used, well-tested community measurements. Where an exact official formula doesn't exist — Minecraft server RAM, for example — we build a sensible, slightly conservative model from established community guidance and state clearly that it's a guide, not a guarantee.
For example, our PSU calculator sizes a power supply so your system sits near 50–60% load at peak — the efficiency sweet spot — and leaves headroom for the brief transient spikes modern GPUs produce. Our bottleneck calculator models how the balance between CPU and GPU shifts across 1080p, 1440p and 4K, because resolution is the single biggest factor most tools ignore. We treat these as directional guides to help you make a better decision before you spend money — not as lab benchmarks.
Why it's free
The tools are free and always will be. We cover the cost of building and running the site through unobtrusive advertising and, on some pages, affiliate links to relevant products (for example PC parts or game-server hosts). If you buy through one of those links we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. We only ever recommend things that genuinely fit the answer the tool gave you, and our recommendations are never influenced by an advertiser.
